Taaooma has reacted to allegations of N1.5 million shoddy skit
Apaokagi Adedoyin Maryam, popularly known as Taaooma, a Nigerian comedian, content producer, and YouTuber, has responded to a social media accusation that she did a shoddy job for N1.5 million.
On Twitter, a filmmaker known as @olaondeck called out the sensational comedian.
In a now-deleted post, the self-acclaimed filmmaker paid Taaooma the sum of N1.5 million for a video that did not fully meet the customer’s standards.
According to him, after the comedian was informed about the dissatisfaction with her execution of the project, she allegedly maintained a “take it or leave it” position.
“She shot video and the client doesn’t like the work done. And her position is take it or leave,” He said.
In response to the accusations, the comedian denied the claims made by the filmmaker through her management, The Greenade Company, in a statement.
Taaooma and her management never had any dealings with him, according to the statement…
The management further claimed that it was taking legal action to seek redress against Mr. Olashile Owolabi, who tweets @olaondeck and all online media outfits who, without checking the same, choose to post the malicious and false content.
