Ozil pays final visit to Emirates Stadium as he prepares for Fenerbahçe
On Sunday, Before moving to Istanbul, Mesut Ozil pays final visit to Emirates Stadium as an Arsenal player.
The midfielder bid farewell to his Gunners teammates at London Colney, according to sources, and was allowed to fly with Fenerbahçe to Turkey for a medical visit.
But before going to Istanbul, Ozil held an interview outside the Emirates Stadium with the Turkish media, where he had a message for the supporters of Fenerbahçe.
“I am coming tonight with my family to Istanbul,” Ozil said. “Thank God who gave me the opportunity to represent this club.
“I will wear the shirt with pride.”
